What is the Mystic Card?

Do I have to have my Mystic Card/Âé¶¹´«Ã½ photo ID with me to check out library materials?
- Yes. We require positive identification before we will check out materials to you. Your valid Mystic Card/Âé¶¹´«Ã½ photo ID or Âé¶¹´«Ã½ community library card is preferred.
- If you are a registered Âé¶¹´«Ã½ library patron and don't have your card with you, we can accept a current driver's license or passport as positive identification.
Can I use my Morton Mandan Public Library, Bismarck Public Library, or State Library card to check out Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Library materials and/or access the databases?
- No. If you are not a current Âé¶¹´«Ã½ student, faculty or staff member, you need a Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Library community card to check out Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Library materials.
How do I get a Community Card?
- Present a current North Dakota driver’s license or other proof you live in North Dakota.
What can I do with a Community Card?
- Community users have courtesy borrowing privileges only and are limited to 1 check out at a time. Interlibrary loan and off-campus access to databases are not available to community card holders.
